If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a simple return process. Please read our return policy below for more information on how to return your items.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return your items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- The item was purchased directly from Autodorocity through our website https://autodorocity.com.
- The item is not a final sale or non-returnable product (such as personalized or custom-made items).
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded or exchanged:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Sale or clearance items (unless otherwise stated)
- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery
3. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@autodorocity.com or call us at (308) 537-2219 to initiate the return process. Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Return Authorization: Once your return request is received, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Packaging: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping. Include the original receipt or proof of purchase along with the RA number.

Shipping: Ship the item(s) to the return address provided in your RA instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
4. Refund Process
- Refund Method: Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify that they meet our return policy conditions, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Refund Timing: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after the return is processed. The timing of the refund may vary depending on your payment provider.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same steps as a return. You may need to place a new order for the replacement item. If the new item costs more than the original, you will be charged for the difference. If the replacement item is less expensive, we will issue a refund for the difference.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@autodorocity.com or (308) 537-2219. We will arrange for a return and cover the cost of return shipping. Once we verify the damage or defect, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and availability of the item.
7. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: Unless the return is due to a defect or our error, the customer is responsible for paying return shipping fees.
- Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we have made an error or the item is defective.
8. International Returns
For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Autodorocity is not responsible for any additional charges incurred during the return process. Please ensure that the return package is clearly marked as a “return” to avoid any customs fees.
